Born Out of Passion
KÄLLA, meaning "spring" or "source" in Swedish, represents our philosophy: returning coffee to its natural purity. We started as a tiny roasting shed focused on single-origin micro-lots, seeking out farmers who practice ethical, biodynamic farming.
We work directly with growers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, buying crops at fair premiums. Back home, our master roasters apply Scandinavian light-roast profiles, preserving complex fruit, floral, and spice notes instead of hiding them behind heavy roast tones.
Our cafe is designed as a neighborhood community meeting grounds. Combining modern architecture with cozy comfort, we aim to slow down the rush, letting you experience pure coffee craft in every single sip.
